Lynda Power

Lynda Power, PMP®, currently serves as the Head of Innovation and Professional Practices for Internal Audit at New York Life Insurance Company, holding multiple senior roles since October 2015, including Chief of Staff to the CRO and Head of Change Management. Prior to New York Life, Lynda worked as the Head of Operations at thebigword from 2013 to 2015 and held various leadership positions at Xait en France from 2004 to 2013, including Head of Strategic Programs and Software Project Manager. Lynda obtained both a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree with a major in Business Management and a minor in e-business from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
