Paul Karavis

Paul Karavis has extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, serving as Corporate Vice President at New York Life Insurance Company from October 2013 to March 2021, with roles including Talent Management Practices, Organizational Effectiveness, and Talent Planning & Assessment. Prior to this, Paul worked at Oliver Wyman from June 2006 to May 2010 as a Senior Consulting Associate and Associate Researcher. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
