Robert Rosh

Robert Rosh has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Insurance Counsel at New York Life Insurance Company since March 1995. Rosh leads a team of attorneys focused on product, distribution, ERISA, and state examination matters. Prior roles within New York Life include serving as Vice-President and Deputy General Counsel, where responsibilities included acting as chief counsel to the Agency Department and overseeing litigation as head of the Litigation Section. Rosh's legal career began at Debevoise & Plimpton, followed by a clerkship at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Rosh holds a JD from Columbia University School of Law, a Ph.D. in Political Science from Binghamton University, and a BA in Political Science from Clark University.
