Rohit Ramesh Katti

Rohit Ramesh Katti is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in driving innovation within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Vice President & Head of R&D Lab at New York Life Insurance Company since October 2018, Rohit has been instrumental in developing cloud-based technologies and digitizing the insurance sales process. Previously, as Director & Chief Technology Officer at New York Life Ventures, Rohit established the R&D lab that advanced market insurance models. Rohit also contributed significantly to the digital transformation at Brown Brothers Harriman, where projects led to notable business growth and efficiency. The career began at IBM as a Software Engineer, playing a key role in launching the first 4G phone in the U.S., following foundational training at Infosys. Rohit holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Gogte Institute of Technology.
