Katie McDonough is a seasoned editor with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as a Senior Editor at New York Magazine since February 2022, McDonough previously held the position of Deputy Editor at The New Republic from December 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, McDonough was a Senior Editor at Jezebel and spent several years at Gizmodo Media Group as a Reporter. McDonough began a career with Salon Media Group, Inc. as a Staff Writer and Assistant Editor from January 2013 to June 2015. Katie McDonough holds a Bachelor's Degree from Hunter College.
