Erica Wells

Erica Wells is an experienced Community Program Manager at the New York Mets, focusing on foundation and community engagement since November 2019, where Erica manages ticket donation programs, oversees youth programs in various areas, and leads employee engagement initiatives. Previously, Erica served in community relations roles at the New York Jets, where responsibilities included coordinating events and managing fundraising initiatives. Erica's earlier experience includes working with Dickinson College's athletics marketing, an externship at ESPN, and an internship at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, graduating Cum Laude from Dickinson College, and has completed a certificate in Sport Management from Syracuse University.
