Elizabeth Meltz is the Founder of EM PATH, focusing on resolving leadership, culture, and management challenges to enhance personal and organizational growth. Currently serving as a Mediator at the New York Peace Institute, Meltz provides mediation services as a cost-effective alternative to court. As Chief Operating Officer for Poppy's and a Board Member for DRIVE CHANGE, INC., Meltz contributes to organizational leadership. Co-founding Women in Hospitality United, a nonprofit aimed at building equity in the hospitality industry post-#MeToo, Meltz actively led the creation of “The Solution Sprint,” engaging over 700 stakeholders in equity discussions. Former roles include Vice President of Operations and Sustainability at Tacombi, Chief Operating Officer at Genuine Foods, Senior Director of Environmental Health at Dig Inn, and Director of Environmental Health at Eataly. Elizabeth Meltz holds a BA in Art History from Vassar College, a Culinary Arts certificate from the Institute of Culinary Education, and a Culinary Diploma.
