Ami Doshi

Ami Doshi has a strong background in data governance and business intelligence. They currently serve as the Director of Data Governance and Quality at the New York Power Authority since 2021. Prior to this, Ami held the position of VP, Data Governance Officer at Berkshire Bank from 2017 to 2021, where they spearheaded the inception of the Data Governance and Business Intelligence programs. They also served as an AVP, Data and Business Intelligence at Berkshire Bank from 2017 to 2018.

Before joining Berkshire Bank, Ami worked at New York University as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst from 2013 to 2017, where they integrated data in the Data Warehouse across different business and functional areas.

Additionally, Ami gained experience as a Senior Management Consultant at UMT Consulting Group (acquired by EY) from 2010 to 2012, focusing on enterprise project and portfolio management consulting. They also worked as a Technical Business Analyst at Infor from 2006 to 2010.

Ami Doshi demonstrated leadership skills as a Co-Chair at the National Non-Profit Youth Organization from 2008 to 2010, leading a national board and successfully planning a convention attended by over 800 young adults. They were also responsible for fundraising efforts resulting in over $70K raised to fund community initiatives.

Early in their career, Ami served as a Senior Franchisee and Owner at Action Window Cleaners (Now College Pro) from 2002 to 2005.

Ami Doshi attended Fordham University's Graduate School of Business Administration in 2012, earning an MS in Investor Relations. Ami also participated in a Data Analytics Program at New York University. They had previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Information Technology with Honors from York University.
