Jian Han

Jian Han is a seasoned professional in business development and supply chain management, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at New York Power Authority since October 2023. Previously, Jian held multiple positions at Cadenza Innovation, Inc., including Associate Director of Supply Chain and Operation, Sr. Product Manager, and Product Manager from July 2021 to October 2023. Jian's prior experience includes participation in the Global Leadership Development Program at Eaton, focusing on supply chain and product management, and a role as Project Management MBA Intern at Tesla in 2018. Jian's career at Eaton from 2011 to 2017 encompassed various engineering and leadership roles. Jian earned an MBA in Operations and Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Tongji University.
