Christine Herskovits has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different organizations. Christine most recently worked at New York Public Radio as the Director of Partnerships & Special Projects for WQXR. In this role, they oversaw community engagement, drafted and administered contracts, and executed strategic media partnerships. Prior to this, they were a Senior Project Manager and then a Project Manager for the same organization, where they managed cultural partnerships and implemented a rights management database for live recordings. Before joining New York Public Radio, they worked at Cambridge in America as a Development Researcher, where they conducted prospect research and prepared event briefings. Christine also worked at Bayerische Landesbank as an Assistant Treasurer and an Executive Assistant, where they conducted monthly surveillance of transactions and managed commercial paper issuance, among other duties. Christine began their career at The Metropolitan Opera as an Assistant Producer, overseeing the budget and coordinating interviews with artists, and at International Artists Group as a Managerial Assistant, promoting artists and handling logistical coordination for performances.
Christine Herskovits obtained a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts (BSLA) with a major in German from Georgetown University between 1993 and 1997. Christine later pursued a Certificate in "Opening and Running a Restaurant" in Restaurant Management from the International Culinary Center in 2006. Additionally, Christine Herskovits obtained a certification in Project Management Bootcamp from General Assembly in July 2019.
