Erica Edwards-O'Neal, Esq. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Culture, Diversity, Equity and Social Responsibility in New York since December 2020, Erica also founded EEO Consults in 2017, providing consulting solutions for organizational success in these areas. Prior to these roles, significant contributions were made as SVP of Diversity, Inclusion & Social Responsibility at the New York City Economic Development Corporation from 2016 to 2020, and in various positions at Touro Law Center from 2003 to 2016, where the Director of Diversity and Inclusion role was established. Earlier experience includes directing the Health & Welfare Council of Long Island’s advocacy efforts and serving as a Community Outreach Specialist for AmeriCorps VISTA. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from William & Mary and a Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
