Kelly Perez, MBA

Kelly M. Perez, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Social Responsibility at New York Road Runners, overseeing the implementation of DEI strategies and managing Employee Resource Groups. Previously, Perez held the position of Director of Diversity, Equity & Social Responsibility at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, where responsibilities included implementing inclusion standards and managing diversity data tracking projects. Additional experience includes a role as Program Manager for Diversity, Equity & Social Responsibility at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and administrative support at Disney Theatrical Group, where leadership in the Hispanic/Latinx Employee Resource Group was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University, a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor's degree in Directing and Theatrical Production from Pace University.
