Roxann Peniche LMT, CES, FMT

Roxann Peniche LMT, CES, FMT, MLD-C is an experienced Sports Medicine Massage Therapist at the Hospital for Special Surgery since November 2021, contributing to the HSS Sports Medicine Institute in sports rehabilitation and performance. Roxann has been a dedicated Medical Team Volunteer for the New York Road Runners since November 2017 and founded RoxStarBodyworks NY in December 2007, focusing on athletic recovery and injury prevention. With a background as a Master Therapist at Equinox from August 2004 to September 2023, Roxann specialized in various massage modalities for athletes and clients with medical needs. Additional experience includes working as a Massage Therapy Associate for the New York Knicks and holding positions at Remedi Day Spa and Mount Sinai Medical Center. Roxann holds an A.O.S. in Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences.
