Ted Metellus

Ted Metellus is an experienced event management professional currently serving as the Vice President and Senior Director of Event Development and Production at New York Road Runners since February 2018. Previously, Ted held various leadership roles, including Director of Course Operations at Competitor Group, Inc. and Event Consultant at multiple organizations, overseeing logistics and event production for numerous high-profile marathons and triathlons. Ted's diverse background includes consulting for Ironman events and key marathons such as the ING Miami Marathon. Ted earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Communication from the State University of New York at Oswego.
