Elena Kilcullen JD, LMSW, currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Higher Education and Health at the New York State Senate since January 2023. In addition, Elena holds the position of Assistant Director of Programs at the Albany County Corrections and Rehabilitative Services Center, a role maintained since January 2019. Elena earned a Joint Degree in Juris Doctor and Master of Social Work from Albany Law School between 2015 and 2019, specializing in Prisoners Rights.
