Ernesto Porcari, Esq has a diverse range of work experience in the legal and legislative field. Ernesto currently serves as the Legislative Director and Counsel for the New York State Senate, where they provide legal guidance and oversees legislative matters. Prior to this role, they were a Senate Fellow, assigned to the office of State Senator Jose M. Serrano. Ernesto also gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at the Hofstra Law Deportation Defense Clinic, Catholic Charities, and the New York State Assembly. Additionally, they served as a Legal Assistant for State Senator Todd Kaminsky and completed an internship at the Broome County Executive's Office.
Ernesto Porcari, Esq has a strong educational background in law and political science. From 2018 to 2021, they attended the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where they obtained a Doctor of Law degree (JD), specializing in the field of law. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they studied at the University at Albany, SUNY, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. During their time at the University at Albany, SUNY, they also focused on Latin American Studies.
