Thomas E. McLaughlin

Thomas E. McLaughlin serves as a Senior Advisor for the New York State Senate since December 2021. Prior to this role, McLaughlin was the Executive Director at BINRON Health Alliance Partners, Inc. from May 2019 to December 2021 and served as the Executive Director of the Foundation at St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center from May 2016 to May 2019. Additionally, McLaughlin held the position of Managing Director at Optimum Health Care (Medical Communications) from January 2000 to January 2016, and was a Senior Project Director at Health Education Technologies (Omnicom-LLNS) in 1999-2000. McLaughlin's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree from UCLA and completion of the freshman year at Brown University.
