Viomo Emmanuel currently serves as a Community Liaison for the New York State Senate since May 2023. From January 2022 to July 2023, Viomo worked as the Director of Legislative Affairs for NYS Assemblymember Charles D Fall, where responsibilities included developing legislative packages, generating bill ideas, and providing policy consultation. Previously, Viomo held positions as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director within the Office of Assemblyman Charles Fall, focusing on research, bill tracking, and office management. Additional experience includes serving as an AD monitor for the Board of Elections in New York City and as a Constituent Liaison Officer for Councilwoman Debi Rose. Viomo Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, completed in May 2021.
