Mark Denne

Mark Denne is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as CIO at New York Shipping Exchange, Inc. since September 2015, Mark guides stealth mode startup strategies, technology decisions, and system integration. Previously, Mark was Executive Vice President at Detroit Electric Holdings Ltd, focusing on innovative energy business planning for electric vehicle manufacturing. Additional roles include Senior Vice President at Ideaplane Network, where Mark secured advisory engagements and partnership development, and Advisory at Toyota Financial Services, delivering transformation strategies for IT environments. As Chief Architect at Intuit, Mark led the cloud computing migration strategy, establishing architectural governance and operational cost models. Mark holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Finance and an MA in Computer Science, both from the University of Cambridge.
