Sarah Conyngham has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Sarah currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Operations at NYSHEX since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Product Management at NYSHEX from February 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining NYSHEX, Sarah worked at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where they served as an Associate Director of Product (Platforms) from January 2021 to February 2022. Sarah also held the position of Senior Product Manager & Capability Owner at the same company from an unspecified date in 2019 until December 2020.

Sarah's previous experience includes working as a Data Team Lead at Kensho Technologies, an AI and machine learning fintech company that was acquired by S&P Global in 2018. Sarah was also a global expert in Water Footprint analyses, focusing on regions such as SADC, APAC, and LATAM. Sarah worked at Pegasys from April 2012 to July 2015.

Sarah started their career as an Investment Business Analyst at Allan Gray, where they worked from 2009 to 2011.

Sarah Conyngham has obtained a Master's Degree from Harvard University in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge in 2008-2009. Sarah also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University, majoring in Regional Urban Planning & Development (Magna cum laude), which they earned from 2005-2008. In 2004-2005, they attended the University of Cape Town, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering before transferring to Harvard. Additionally, Sarah Conyngham has passed Level I of the CFA Program with a high score in 9 out of 10 test categories.
