Martha M. Noordsy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1983, they began their career in education as an Educator with the Queensbury Union Free School District, where they worked until 1989. Martha M. then joined SUNY Adirondack as a Project Assistant for the ACC Foundation from 1994 to 1997. Following that, Martha worked as an Adult Educator at WSWHE BOCES from 1997 to 2001. In 2002, they joined Lake George School District as a Teacher, specializing in 10th grade global studies and providing Academic Intervention Services. In addition, they prepared students for regents exams. Martha was also involved in the WSWHE BOCES organization from 2002 to 2013, where they served as an Educator. In their role at WSWHE Boces, Martha focused on providing education in various subjects. Finally, from 2014, they became the Director of Law, Youth & Citizenship at the New York State Bar Association.

Martha M. Noordsy has a strong educational background in the field of education and administration. Their education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in American History (United States) from St. Lawrence University, which they obtained from 1978 to 1982.
