Kathleen Reilly Irwin currently serves as the NYC Government Affairs Manager for the New York State Restaurant Association since December 2018. Educational background includes a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Policy Analysis at Baruch College, anticipated from 2021 to 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a concentration in International Political Economy from Georgetown University.
