Megan Paznik is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in video production and leadership. Since August 2003, Megan has served as President of Chelsea Videos, an organization focused on creating positive impacts through visual storytelling. Additionally, Megan has been an active member of New York Women in Film & Television since 2010, participating in budgeting and fundraising seminars. Previous roles include Video Producer/Editor for the New York Post and Electronic Design Magazine from 2007 to 2013, where Megan excelled in capturing interviews, editing segments, and generating compelling video content. Educated at the University at Albany, Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.

New York Women in Film & Television (NYWIFT) is a nonprofit membership organization for professional women in film, television and digital media. A champion of women's rights, achievements and points of view in the entertainment industry, NYWIFT is an educational forum for media professionals, and a network for the exchange of information and resources. NYWIFT was founded in 1977 and brings together over 2,500 professionals, including Emmy and Academy Award® winners, who work in all areas of the entertainment industry — above and below the line. It is part of a network of 50 international Women in Film chapters, representing more than 15,000 members worldwide.
