Ovidio Matos has extensive experience in waterfront operations and customer service, currently serving as a Waterfront Associate at the New York Yacht Club since September 2017, where responsibilities include safely transporting members and maintaining club-owned vessels and docks. Previous roles include a Construction Estimator at A1 Roofing and Construction, enhancing customer relationships and project coordination, and an Assistant Waterfront Director at New Bedford Yacht Club, focusing on member experience and fleet management. Ovidio also gained marketing experience as an intern at bioprocessH2O, LLC, and as a Mechanic's Assistant at R.A. Mitchell Co., Inc. Ovidio holds a Master of Science in Innovation & Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Salve Regina University.
