Joshua Bankers

Joshua Bankers has extensive work experience in digital technology and information management. Joshua currently holds the position of Executive Director in the Digital Technology & Information Management department at the New Zealand Blood Service. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Solution Delivery at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.

Joshua's previous roles include various leadership positions at Fonterra, where they worked as the General Manager in Solution Services, Information Officer in IS Farmsource & Group Functions, and IS Global Delivery. Joshua also held managerial positions in Enterprise Build & Release, Service Transition & Operations, and served as the Performance and Reporting Team Leader and Application Support Analysts Team Leader.

Before joining Fonterra, Joshua worked at Telstra as a Senior Problem Manager and at Johnson & Johnson as an Integration Analyst and Business Analyst. Joshua also gained experience at IBM as the Global Systems & Services Team Lead and at Diageo as a Senior Global Systems and Services Analyst and a Transition and Project Analyst.

Joshua Bankers obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Technology from Massey University between 1995 and 1997. Additionally, in April 2020, Joshua obtained certifications in "Communicating In the Language of Leadership" and "Leadership Foundations: Leadership Styles and Models" from LinkedIn. Joshua also holds a Foundation Certificate in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and a Managers Certificate in ITIL, although the institutions and specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
