Nicola Roberts

Nicola Roberts serves as the National Quality Manager for Projects & Improvements at New Zealand Blood Service since December 2022. Prior to this role, Nicola was the Quality Assurance Manager at Spring Sheep Milk Co. New Zealand, focusing on building relationships with third-party manufacturing facilities and resolving technical complaints for the China office. Nicola's experience also includes serving as Food Safety & Quality Manager at Fonterra, where responsibilities encompassed managing risk management programs and improving audit performance. Additional roles include Quality Advisor at Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company Ltd, where regulatory standards were met, and Quality Project Manager at Barkers of Geraldine, overseeing quality improvement projects. Nicola is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management at The University of Waikato and holds diplomas in Dairy Technology from Wintec and Massey University.
