Sumit Malik

Sumit Malik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management, project management, and operations analysis. Currently serving as the National Workforce and Scheduling Team Lead at New Zealand Blood Service since December 2021, Sumit is skilled in roster management and advanced workforce planning. As the Founder of Hannman Limited, Sumit has provided expertise in workforce optimization and dynamic rostering. Previous roles include Product Lead and Program Planning Lead at Downer, where Sumit contributed to a National Transformation Program and managed workforce planning for water programmes. Earlier positions at Vodafone New Zealand and HCL BPO involved team leadership and customer service expertise. Sumit holds a Master's degree in International Business from Himachal Pradesh University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from MDS University.
