Rachael Mason

Rachael Mason is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational change across various sectors, including public, commercial, and not-for-profit. Currently serving as the Manager of Health, Safety and Wellbeing at New Zealand Customs Service since October 2017, Rachael also operates as a Principal at ACREDO CONSULTING Ltd, addressing diverse workplace challenges.
