Mat Watkins

Mat Watkins is an experienced business analyst and managing director with a diverse background in project management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst for the New Zealand Defence Force since April 2022, Mat has also held the position of Managing Director at GAHAARJ Group Limited since April 2015, specializing in business analysis services. Previous roles include Interim CEO of Hohoko Aotearoa Limited, Business Analyst at EA Networks, MWLASS, Network Tasman Limited, Enable New Zealand, and MOTU. Mat has extensive expertise in assisting organizations with cloud migration, operational efficiency, and technical analysis, backed by a wealth of experience in the internet and telecommunications industry through leadership positions at OnNetworks and Knossos Networks Limited. Education includes qualified experience in IT, known as QBE, accumulated since 1985.
