Samantha Hess

Samantha Hess is a Senior HR Advisor at the New Zealand Defence Force since May 2022, previously served as an HR Advisor in the same organization. Prior to this role, Samantha was a People, Culture and Capability Advisor at the Earthquake Commission from October 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included developing and coordinating HR initiatives aligned with EQC's strategy. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Victoria University of Wellington, completed between 2009 and 2012.
