Stephanie Parlane

Stephanie Parlane has a diverse background in business analysis and programme leadership, with significant experience in both government and private sectors. At the New Zealand Defence Force, Stephanie held the position of Programme Business Analyst and served as an Enterprise Business Analyst. Additionally, at the Ministry of Health New Zealand, Stephanie contributed as a Programme Lead and Enterprise Business Analyst. In2Excellence was founded by Stephanie, who serves as the Director and Principal Practitioner. Stephanie also has experience as a Process & Change Lead at the Department of Corrections - NZ.
