Sophie O'Donnell

Sophie O'Donnell is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Manager, People & Culture at the New Zealand Electoral Commission since August 2023. With a history of leadership roles, Sophie has developed and managed HR functions across various organizations, including the Central Pacific Collective as Human Resources Lead and the Abuse in Care Inquiry New Zealand as Director of Human Resources and Property.
