New Zealand Foreign Affairs & Trade
Catherine Graham has extensive experience in international relations and trade, currently serving as High Commissioner to the Cook Islands at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade since September 2017. Prior roles within the Ministry include Divisional Manager for both the Americas and the Economic Division. Catherine's career also includes significant positions at Fonterra as GM of Trade Strategy & Stakeholder Affairs and Trade Strategy Manager, and at the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries as Manager of Organisational Strategy and Planning. Catherine's earlier experience at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade encompassed a role as Deputy Director, as well as a managerial position at PwC. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Public Management alongside a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Relations, both from Victoria University of Wellington.
