Claire Venn has extensive experience in organisational development and people management, currently serving as Head of People Business Partnering at NZ Post since June 2017. Previous roles at NZ Post include Strategic People Partner for Customer Service Delivery, Organisational Development Manager, and Diversity and Inclusion Lead. Claire's experience also encompasses significant positions at the State Services Commission and the Ministry of Transport, focusing on leadership, talent management, and policy development. Early career roles in various capacities, including legal executive and secretary, contributed to strong organizational and communication skills.
