Jo Gostling

Jo Gostling is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and business partnering, currently serving as the Head of People Business Partnering and Head of People at loveholidays since January 2020. Prior roles include serving as a People Business Partner at Apple, where responsibilities involved supporting over 1,000 employees across multiple countries, and as a Senior HR Business Partner at Shazam during its acquisition by Apple. Jo has also held positions as the Head of HR at Digital Catapult, HR Business Partner at Photobox, and HR Manager at Rathbone Brothers Plc, where strategic HR leadership and operational management were key contributions. Jo's academic background includes a BA (Hons) in English & American Literature from the University of Warwick and an MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster.
