David O'Grady

David O'Grady is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial management and innovation. Currently serving as a Commercial Manager and Innovation and Insights Workstream Lead at NZ Post, David leads the Tūpuna programme, focusing on innovation processes and strategic change projects. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Airways New Zealand, including Senior Business Advisor and Group Accounting Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating financial statements and managing tax compliance. David's earlier career includes experience as a Financial Accountant at KPMG, providing a full range of accounting services, and as a Research Assistant at Victoria University of Wellington. David holds a BCA in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Victoria University of Wellington and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
