Emma Brown

Emma Brown is an accomplished HR professional with over a decade of experience at NZ Post, currently serving as General Manager People Partnering. In this role, Emma leads HR Business Partnering and the HR Advisory practice while developing overarching employment relations strategies and core HR policies. Previous positions include Head of HR Business Partnering, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Change Specialist, demonstrating expertise in aligning people strategies with business plans and managing HR services. Prior experience includes roles at Waikato District Health Board and Mivan Limited, along with graduate management training. Emma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Ulster University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
