Lisa Morgan

Lisa Morgan is an experienced insights specialist and employee engagement lead at NZ Post since January 2014, with a strong focus on HR reporting and the analysis of strategic metrics. Concurrently, Lisa operates as a personal coach at Cowbell Coaching, specializing in cross country mountain biking and cyclocross training. Previous roles include senior HR information analyst at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand, HR analyst positions at the Ministry of Justice and Kiwirail, and employment relations consultant at ACC. With a solid educational foundation, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Honours degree in Organisational Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington and The University of Waikato.
