Richard Leikis

Richard Leikis is an experienced professional in business process management with a tenure at New Zealand Post since October 2011, currently serving as Business Process & Capability Manager and previously as Process & Knowledge Manager. Richard has demonstrated leadership in business analysis, project management, and process improvement, focusing on knowledge management strategy and intranet design. Prior to the current role, Richard worked as a Senior Process Analyst and Senior Business Analyst at New Zealand Post from 1999 to 2011, playing a key role in various projects that yielded significant operational savings and efficiency improvements. Additionally, experience includes a position as Project Manager for Construction at Abbyridge Limited from 1994 to 1998. Richard is an alumnus of the University of Canterbury and Taradale High School.
