Yvonne Watson

Yvonne Watson has extensive experience in safety, wellbeing, training, and development, currently serving as a Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner at New Zealand Post since January 2007, where responsibilities include providing guidance to business leaders on safety and wellbeing issues. Prior roles include Learning and Development Co-ordinator at New Zealand Post, Trainer/Facilitator at Workbridge Inc, and Trainer/Quality Co-ordinator at Work and Income. Yvonne began a career in personnel management at BIG W, focusing on recruitment and training. Educational qualifications encompass an Associate’s Degree in Health and Safety from Southern Institute of Technology, Level 4 in Health and Safety from IMPAC, and an Advanced Certificate in Industrial Relations from TAFE NSW.
