Rachel Gilpin has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Rachel worked as a Recruitment Program Coordinator at Maritime Resident Doctors in 2010. In the same year, they also worked as an HR Assistant and WCB Administrator/Guest Services Agent at Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort. Rachel then worked as a Lead Guest Services Representative (seasonal) at Rocky Mountaineer from 2011 to 2014. Rachel Gilpin attended Dalhousie University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Registered Professional Recruiter from the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada (APRC).
