Rachel Gilpin

Rachel Gilpin has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Rachel worked as a Recruitment Program Coordinator at Maritime Resident Doctors in 2010. In the same year, they also worked as an HR Assistant and WCB Administrator/Guest Services Agent at Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort. Rachel then worked as a Lead Guest Services Representative (seasonal) at Rocky Mountaineer from 2011 to 2014. Rachel also worked as a Royal Service Agent (part-time) at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts during this time. In 2012, they joined The Banff Centre as a Recruitment Specialist and worked there until 2015. Rachel then worked as a Senior Recruitment Advisor at Cielo Talent from 2015 to 2017. Rachel then moved to Fujitsu New Zealand and worked as a Recruitment Consultant from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 until now, Rachel has been working at KiwiRail. Rachel started as a Talent Partner and later became a Learning Programme Advisor. Currently, they hold the position of Learning Operations Team Lead at KiwiRail.

Rachel Gilpin attended Dalhousie University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Registered Professional Recruiter from the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada (APRC).
