Robert Matthews

Robert Matthews is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in piping design and supervision. Currently serving as Engineering Support Manager at KiwiRail since November 2019, Robert previously worked at WorleyParsons as a Senior CAD designer and held multiple positions as a Senior Piping Designer across various projects in companies such as GE and thyssenkrupp. Notably, Robert has extensive experience in mechanical piping design for water treatment plants in New Zealand and has played pivotal roles in significant projects, including the Waste Water Process Optimization and hydrogen compressor projects. Robert holds a degree in Technical Drawing from Jeppe Boys and studied at EMS Design College, enhancing a solid technical foundation for a successful career in engineering.
