Sarah Knowles

Sarah Knowles has extensive experience in recruitment and emergency services, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Partner for Interislander at KiwiRail since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Recruitment Partner at the Ministry of Social Development from January 2021 to December 2022 and held the position of Recruitment Advisor within the Intelligence Community from May 2019 to January 2021. Earlier in Sarah's career, responsibilities included serving as a Consulting Business Partner at People&co and working as a Paramedic for Wellington Free Ambulance from March 2010 to January 2018. Sarah began the professional journey as an Internal Recruiter at Transpower New Zealand from March 2009 to March 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedic) from Whitireia Community Polytechnic and foundational studies at St Mary's College, Wellington.
