Sarah Taylor is an experienced professional in network planning and project management, currently serving as Network Planning Manager for Strategic Metro Investments at KiwiRail since February 2023. Prior to this, Sarah held various key positions including Senior Project Manager at KiwiRail, Principal Advisor for Market Delivery at Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities, and Principal Advisor for Transport and Regulatory Policy at NZ Transport Agency.
