Strachan Crang

Strachan Crang has a diverse work history, with experience in organizational transformation, industrial relations, and directorial roles. They began their career in 2004 as an Organiser at EPMU, eventually being promoted to Assistant Director of Organising. In 2009, they joined ATTTO as a Director. They then moved on to KiwiRail in 2015, first serving as an Industrial Relations Principal Advisor before becoming the Head of Business Transformation in November 2017.
