Rachel Stephenson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mental health, governance, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for the Pasifika Team at WorkSafe New Zealand and as Chair of Yellow Brick Road, an organization supporting families facing mental health challenges, Rachel also holds key roles as a Psychological First Aid and Wellbeing Facilitator for New Zealand Red Cross and Chair of the Board of Trustees for Kirikiriroa Family Services Trust. With a long-standing commitment to Community Living New Zealand and extensive experience as a facilitator and project management consultant with Qualis Consulo and Le Va Pasifika, Rachel has contributed significantly to various mental health and public health initiatives.
