Monica Whitefield

Monica Whitefield is currently the Chief People Officer at Newable since January 2014. Previously, Monica worked as the HR Director at Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research and as a Senior HR Manager at The food and drink federation. Monica has a Btech HND in Business Studies (Advertising and Marketing) from Bristol Polytechnic and a Nebosh National General Certificate in Health and Safety from Woodland Grange Conference Centre. Monica also holds a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Croydon College. Throughout their career, Monica has gained extensive experience in strategic HR development, employee engagement, and leadership development.
