Philip Reynolds serves as the Managing Director of Lending at Newable since November 2016, focusing on making business finance more equitable and accessible. As the Founder MD of Newable Business Finance, Philip established a joint venture with Liberis to provide business loans to underserved SMEs in the UK, successfully leading the business through significant acquisitions and funding efforts. Previous experience includes key roles at Travelex, Wonga.com, Reckitt Benckiser, Barclays Bank, L.E.K. Consulting, and Lazard, encompassing diverse responsibilities in finance, strategy, and commercial analytics. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Durham University and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions including Stanford and MIT, highlighting a commitment to continuous learning and innovation in finance.
