Shashikant Singh has extensive experience in production management within the textile industry, currently serving as Production Manager for Weaving and Twisting at NEWAGE FIRE PROTECTION INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. since November 2019. In this role, Shashikant is responsible for planning and organizing production schedules, analyzing fabric defects, and ensuring machine efficiency in accordance with production targets. Prior to this position, Shashikant held roles at SKY Industries Ltd as Production Incharge for Weaving, focusing on order details and production planning, and at NIRVAN Silk Mills Pvt. Limited as Production Planning Control Incharge, overseeing production activities, quality control, and manpower management. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd., managing production processes and records. Shashikant holds a Textile Diploma in Textile Technology from National College of Engineering.
