Andreas Georghiou

Andreas Georghiou has extensive work experience in a variety of leadership roles. Andreas is currently the Lead Independent Director at NewAge Industries, where they provide guidance and expertise in fluid transfer technology. Andreas has also served as a Board Member for the company since 2020.

In 2012, Andreas founded Andreas Pallas Consulting, Inc, where they served as President and Owner. Andreas later transitioned to the role of Founder and Partner before leaving in 2020. During their time at Andreas Pallas Consulting, they provided consulting services and strategic guidance to various businesses.

Andreas has also held positions at LCR Embedded Systems, where they served as a member of the Board of Advisors from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they were the CEO of spacenet from 2006 to 2012. Before spacenet, they held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at SES Americom from 2005 to 2006, and Senior VP, Asset Management from 2004 to 2005. Andreas began their career at General Electric, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Global Satellite Services from 1993 to 2001.

Andreas Georghiou began their education in 1964 at the American Academy, where they pursued a high school degree in university preparatory (UP) subjects. Andreas completed their high school education in 1967.

Afterward, Georghiou joined the University of Pennsylvania in 1968, where they studied statistics, economics, and mathematics. Andreas pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in these fields and completed their undergraduate studies in 1972.

Later, in 1975, Georghiou enrolled at Wharton Graduate School, where they focused on operations research. Andreas pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in this field and successfully completed their studies in 1976.
